The workhorse protein for emulsified and processed meat products. Polskamp's MDM is produced under continuous veterinary supervision from EU-origin chicken, with 100% metal detection and on-site laboratory testing.

Built for container freight.
MDM is block-frozen in ~20 kg cartons and palletised for efficient container loading. We ship in 40-foot high-cube reefer containers (typically ~26 tonnes payload), originating from Polish or transit EU ports.

- Transit time to Manila: approximately 30–35 days direct, 38–45 days via Singapore
