View →Food-grade native potato starch sourced from established Polish processors and supplied to Asia-Pacific food manufacturers in container loads. GMO-free, with food, pharmaceutical and industrial grades available against a contracted supply line.
Native potato starch is obtained through mechanical separation of starch grains from other potato components, followed by rinsing, purification, drying and sifting. It is composed of branched amylopectin and linear amylose macromolecules, whose ratio governs the starch's thickening, gelling and textural behaviour.
Compared with corn or wheat starches, native potato starch delivers higher peak viscosity, a cleaner flavour profile, neutral taste, and superior clarity in finished gels — making it the preferred starch in many premium food, processed-meat and pharmaceutical applications.
Three principal native potato-starch grades, plus a pharmaceutical-grade specification on request. Final spec, granulation and pack format are agreed per contract and lot.
The workhorse grade. Native potato starch for thickening, gelling, and water-binding in processed foods, sauces, soups, bakery and snack lines.
Higher-purity native potato starch with tightened parameters — for premium food-manufacturing and applications where clarity, neutral taste and finished-product appearance matter most.
Native potato starch packed in 0.5 kg and 1 kg paper bags for foodservice and retail repackers. Same starch, retail-ready format.
Pharmaceutical-grade native potato starch (25 kg paper valve bags) available on request — suitable for tablet excipient, dusting powder and topical applications.
All figures are indicative and confirmed per lot via supplier Certificate of Analysis. Tighter or alternative parameters can be agreed for committed volumes.
